All content available through Snapchat remains the property of its respective creators and rights holders. downloadxAI claims no ownership over downloaded content and acts solely as a technical tool. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of downloaded content complies with copyright law and the rights of creators.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, downloadxAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
