downloadxAI respects the intellectual property rights of creators. The Service is a technical tool that does not host, store, or index any video content — files are streamed directly to the user and never retained on our servers. Even so, we respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

If you believe your copyrighted work is being made available through the Service without authorization, send a written notice to our DMCA Agent:

To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) at issue, sufficient for us to locate it;
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

We review all complete DMCA notices and take appropriate action within 48 hours of receipt — including blocking the reported URL(s) from being processed by the Service. We may contact you if your notice is missing required information.

If you believe material was blocked in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our DMCA Agent containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the material that was blocked and its location before removal;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was blocked as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore access to the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.

Where technically feasible, we restrict access for URLs and sources that are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.
